Processing and Shop Business Days
We ship next business day after we receive payment. Since our products are custom made, a piece can take about 2 weeks to be created and be ready to ship. Please don't hesitate to contact us nabil@rmouzannar.com to verify current processing times.
Shop business days are from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm EST. We follow the US Holidays calendar.
Shipping
We use insured and traceable USPS or FedEx shipping. Please NOTE: The Insurance ends when someone or somebody signs for the package; this is including a doorman in an apartment building or at a place of work.
You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once package is sent.
Delivery time is usually between 5 to 7 days, more during holiday seasons.
If you need a rush order. It's possible to UPGRADE TO FEDEX EXPRESS AT ADDITIONAL COST. Please contact us at nabil@mouzannar.com for details.
International Shipping Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
