The Founder
MZNR is not about nostalgia. It is about continuity.
Nabil Mouzannar is a third-generation jeweler. He grew up inside a jewelry dynasty in Beirut. He left at 18. He spent two decades in technology, systems, and entrepreneurship across New York, São Paulo, and the South of France.
He came back to jewelry with something most jewelers do not have: decades of knowing how things are built to last, not just built to sell.
Each piece is designed to hold meaning without explanation. To feel as natural on the body as it does in the hand.
Legacy

That belief has not changed.
This house is built on three generations of goldsmithing. The Mouzannar family has worked with gold since the mid-20th century. A small family workshop in Beirut. Five brothers, including Nabil's father, each running their own store. A grandfather who built things in gold before any of them.
Nabil grew up inside that knowledge the way children grow up inside a language. Not through study. Through proximity.
He carries it forward. In every line. In every piece.

Design Philosophy
Form comes before decoration.
Every piece begins with a single question: what remains when nothing unnecessary is left?
The answer is the piece.
Influenced by brutalist architecture, industrial objects, and lived experience. Sculptural. Intentional. Reduced. Edges are deliberate. Surfaces are imperfect by design. Gold is allowed to age.
A line that does not earn its place does not appear. That is not a rule. It is the only way this work makes sense.
Materials & Craft
Solid 14k and 18k gold. No plating. No coating over a base metal.
The material underneath is the same as the material on the surface. That is not a detail. It is a position.
Gold is the oldest declaration a man can make without speaking. Not a status signal. Something older and quieter than that. The weight of it on the finger is evidence. Of what was built. Of what was survived. Of where a man arrived and what it cost to get there.
